Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with new towels to use as well as plates etc and got it upon arrival. The breakfast was surprisingly good at 8.15am and had lots of food. The location was great and unbeatable, for example, Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes was not very far from the hotel❤❤😀

Firstly location: barely 5 minutes to the Sanctuaries and in the heart of all the food, restaurant, souvenir shops. Nothing worrying about the walk back home from the night processions. Room: great, spacious, fully-equiped. I was worried about the size of European rooms, but this was really nice. Staff: very helpful. Even the cleaning lady finishing off our room was quick to offer recommendations on what we should do, and directions to the Sanctuary. I would definitely go back here.

The only down is that the WIFI code is essay length, and you have to be in the reception area to use it.

The location is great and unbeatable, 1 km from Musee du Gemmail Lourdes. The staff are kind and the room is well laid out and clean with breakfast. A microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator are a nice touch.

The rooms were well-organised and reasonably large with a great view. I found the hotel's location good and unbeatable, so close to a bakery which served amazing croissants.- The sanctuary of Lourdes was easily accessible from the hotel.- The river offered wonderful views of the Cathedral.

I reached there on Saturday morning, Staff was very friendly, room was clean and tidy, kitchen was good enough to cook and save cost. Morning break fast was there, which was good. Over all it is a good experience.

Apartment facilities, high standard of cleanliness, relaxed feel, together with the location made for a good trip.

Extremely limited reception and laundry hours, free parking was very limited and a long way from the hotel, dropoff and pick up difficult.

The place was perfect. It was very clean and close to the Grotto where all action is. The taxi from the airport was only 10Euro. The reception was very helpful.

We are awaken by the Fire alarm around early in the morning. Along with the occupants of the other rooms, we had to rush down to see what was wrong only to find out that somebody had sounded the alarm- by mistake or otherwise. Except for this unpleasant incident, everything was perfect.

The rooms are nicely arranged with a beautiful view, and the location is excellent, close to the Musee du Gemmail Lourdes.

We had a great experience. The hotel was clean and had clean rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed climate control, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven in the room. The staff was good and positive and around most of the time.
